Our Story
I'm a mom of 4 running social media for multi-million-dollar family-run businesses from a Polish homestead where the dogs are chasing wild pheasants in my yard while I'm reviewing engagement data.
What began as an accidental step in the social media world has evolved into something so much more.
A year and a half ago, I was offered a job as an appointment setter. Turns out, I didn’t enjoy that (and more importantly, I wasn’t very good at it). But the agency that hired me for that position saw seomthing in me and offered me a job in social media management instead.
And thus began my journey of managing social for trades and home services businesses. Roofers, restoration companies, window installers, luxury landscapers & hardscapers, recycling plants...
And I got good at it. Really good, actually.
And here's what I noticed: treating them like lifestyle brands will never work. You know, the pretty photos, trending audio, dancing videos, the classic Instagram/TikTok playbook. None of that will work to get clients. Virality, maybe. But not serious buyers. The businesses that actually convert are the ones who treat social like a lead pipeline. Strategic content. Positioned expertise. Buyer objections addressed before they even get on the phone.
And that was when I learned that vanity metrics (likes, followers, etc) can only do so much for your business.
Now I’m having another kid. Yes, number 5. And I’m still managing fourteen 8-figure accounts from a desk on a Polish homestead.
So I’m pivoting. Slowly stepping away from the freelancer-at-an-agency and starting to build something bigger: KMM. Three women: me, a content assistant, and a video editor. Premium pricing, fewer clients, and much better work. Because when all your energy is focused on a handful of clients instead three handfuls, the output is exponentially better.
Who We Are Now
Honestly: I'm just a mom who’s tired of agency bullshit.
I'm tired of the "let's grow your followers" pitch. I'm tired of vanity metrics being confused with business results. I'm tired of premium craftspeople being sold cheap social media strategies.
I'm also Christian (that shows up sometimes, not apologetically). I'm anti-girlboss. I have 4 kids and a 5th on the way. My office is a walking pad in front of a window looking out at wheat fields. My work happens in between school dropoffs and feeding the animals.
That life—the actual life I'm living—is why I understand the clients I work with.
Most of your buyers aren't scrolling Instagram in some coastal city. They're looking for someone like me. Someone who built something real. Someone who has skin in the game. Someone who understands that a beautiful coop or a heritage garden restoration or a permaculture design isn't a trend. It's a commitment.
I build businesses the same way.
-
Real work over perfection. Messy middles over curated highlights. Your feed should look like someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who's trying too hard.
-
Leads matter. Revenue matters. Inquiries that turn into projects matter. Followers, likes, comments—those are proxies, not the point.
-
Your feed isn't a place to dance to trending audio or chase algorithms. It's a lead generator built on understanding your buyers and positioning your expertise.
-
I don't need daily check-ins. I don't need you second-guessing every caption. I need 60 minutes per month to align on strategy. The rest I handle.
Our Values
I’m not a guru.
I'm not selling you a course or a framework or a "system" you can download.
I'm someone who's been doing this for 4 years at scale. Who's learned what actually moves the needle. Who's built a life on a homestead specifically so I can understand the people I work with.
I manage social for premium craftspeople who want serious buyers finding them.
If that's you, let's talk.
